
As a serious sports woman I am fully aware of how poor nutritional choices can affect how I perform and function.
When I am training for a K1 fight, the demands I place on my body due to intense daily training mean I need to insure I am taking on board the correct nutrients through my diet and supplementation, to insure I reach peak performance and maintain good health.
Without this and other lifestyle factors in place I have found myself with re-occurring colds, struggling to meet weight, lacking in sleep and lacking energy, more susceptible to injuries and worst of all my performance in training sessions drops.

Sports Nutrition is very individual, what works for one will not necessarily provide the same results for someone else, we are faced daily with marketing of sports supplements that claim to benefit everyone, however single nutrients do not work alone in our bodies, instead it is the multiple interactions of nutrients that provide the basic biological functions in our bodies.
My aim is to provide an individual programme that fits your form and function and to support you whilst you make these changes until we reach your ultimate goal.
What to expect...

Before we meet you will need to complete a questionnaire. Once I have your completed form I will book you in for a consultation.

Consultations are the same as a Nutritional Therapy consultation, lasting an hour and 15 minutes.

We will discuss and agree individual goals and then develop a bespoke nutrition programme.

With Sports Nutrition I recommend a minimum of 2 nutritional therapy sessions and find that most clients require 3 or 4, in order to trail and test what actually works well for you.
